The Site is owned and operated by The Illustration Academy, Inc., a Missouri corporation. This Agreement is between you (“you” or “user”) and The Illustration Academy, Inc. (“Illustration Academy” or “We”). This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) constitutes a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between you and Illustration Academy. Illustration Academy does not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from anyone under the age of 13, unless or except as permitted by law. Any person who provides Personal Information through the Illustration Academy platform represents to us that he or she is 13 years of age or older. If Illustration Academy learns that Personal Information has been collected from a user under 13 years of age on or through the Illustration Academy platform, then Illustration Academy will take the appropriate steps to cause this information to be deleted.

Waiver of Liability

Illustration Academy is not responsible for any damages resulting from the disclosure of personal information when the personal information was posted or disclosed by you or another user on a web page of the Site that is publicly accessible.
